“Can you hear me cards” (See image below)- Business size cards available to teens and adults as an avenue to seek help without having to ask for it verbally. Cards are available via Board of Directors.
Monthly Suicide Support group meetings – JJ’s Hello Foundation and Friends for Survival have partnered in South Sacramento to offer a local suicide survivor support group to help the community heal. This is a free come when you can meeting on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Information is available including next meeting date is available on our homepage.
Smedberg Middle School Leadership Program award - JJ's Hello Foundation will be giving a monetary award of $50 along with a certificate of achievement and name on a perpetual plaque to be placed in the Smedberg Leadership class. This award will be presented by our foundation during the 8th grade awards night each year beginning in 2016.
